*Students and their parent / guardians must review the below section*

All members of our co-curricular and extra-curricular ensembles and group are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals, practices, camps, games, and performances.  We strive for excellence in our groups, which can only be maintained by total commitment of all the members. 
 
One unexcused absence may result in a reduction of performance opportunities for the individual involved.  Two unexcused absences may result in removal from the group. 

 
The following reasons will be accepted as excused absences:  
    A.  Personal illness. 
    B.  Death in the immediate family. 
    C.  Weddings involving the immediate family. 
    D.  Religious observances as approved by NJ State Board of Education 
    E.  SAT or ACT tests
    F.  An RHS sports conflict worked out in advance with the director.  
 
 
ALL EXCUSED ABSENCE NOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE ABSENCE TO MR. FANTAZZI VIA EMAIL (nfantazzi@rtnj.org)
